When you take a yoga class through the Columbus School of Yoga, payment and proceeds go directly to the class teacher.

Therefore you always know who you're supporting and where your payment is going.

All classes are donation based with a suggested donation of $5-$15 per class.

A nourishing and rejuvenating practice where Kelly utilizes breath and fluidity to create a meditation through movement. When we slow down the pace, we can move more mindfully. This practice will create strength, balance and peace in the body and the mind.

Indulge in an evening of deeply relaxing postures designed to unravel tension, increase mobility and flexibility while calming and soothing the nervous system. This class, a combination of yin and restorative yoga, is perfect for anyone who is looking for a full body reset, more calm and improved sleep.

After a busy work week and Saturday fun, Gary's Sunday Vinyasa class will bring grounding and presence. His sequences contains elements of  strength, dynamic movement, and will work towards a peak. They will then cool and stretch you, giving you access to what’s possible in your practice. Be ready for a juicy and powerful practice appropriate for any level.

Cosmic Flow - 60min

Class Description:

Get ready to raise your vibration! This class blends elements of Vinyasa Flow + Kundalini Yoga to activate and move energy throughout the body. Class begins with a fluid movement to warm-up and prepare for a Kundalini Kriya (a precise combination of dynamic physical movement, breath work, mantra + meditation) and ends with deep relaxation and self-reflection.

If you've never practiced Kundalini Yoga, come ready for something new and expect the unexpected! Kelly will safely guide you through a powerful and transformational practice designed to challenge you both physically and mentally.
