Take time to nourish the body and mind in an evening of self care and renewal while connecting with members of your Yoga community.
Join Colleen O'Brien-McFall who will guide you though a deeply relaxing Yin/Restorative yoga practice, designed to unravel tension from your body and cultivate calmness of the mind. After a long Savasana and deep rest, we'll move into a Mala making workshop where you'll create your very own mala. Each bead you thread and knot you tie will serve as a symbol of your commitment for self care and all that you wish to manifest in the year ahead.
All levels welcome. No yoga, meditation or jewelry making experience required.

A modmala is a modern version of a traditional mala necklace. Malas have been used by Buddhists and Hindus for centuries as a guide during meditation. The 108 beads on the mala serve as a physical reminder of the number of times an intention, prayer or mantra is repeated.
