Perfect for guests wanting to enjoy the amenities and luxuries of the resort in the most economical way. This room is sub terrain/ground level and surrounded by Jamaican tropical gardens, the Cabin has a King sized bed that faces the windows where you can take in the beautiful garden views. The Garden Cabin does not have a patio or balcony.

For bookings made on or before Jan 1st, a deposit of $500 per person secures your room and spot on the retreat. Monthly payments thereafter through March.

For bookings made after Jan 1st, a deposit of 50% is required. Weekly payments thereafter through March.

All payments must be paid in full by April 1st 2024.
Cancellation Policy

Payments are non refundable. Having said that I understand that sometimes life happens and so while reservations and payments are non refundable, they are transferable to another guest. Should you need to transfer your reservation and payment, I will assist you as much as possible, however it is your responsibility to find another guest.

Flight: Fly into Montego Bay Jamaica.

Transport to the Hotel: I will assist you in coordinating your transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. Prices will range from $25-$100 each way depending on how many are in the shuttle.

a day in the life of your yoga retreat
Each day you'll awaken to stunning ocean views, the aroma of freshly brewed Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and a yoga practiced designed to awaken your body, enliven your mind and fuel your soul. We'll delve into the lost teachings of yoga and explore the ways in which this ancient practice can transform your entire being.
A nutritious and delicious breakfast and lunch will fuel your body all day long so you can enjoy plenty of adventure. You might love the thrill of cliff diving, snorkeling or swimming with horses in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea. Maybe venture inland for a hike to majestic waterfalls or visit the Bob Marley museum. Or if you prefer to spend your days relaxing, you'll have plenty of time to read a book in the warmth of the sun or tuck yourself away and laze in the shade, rocked to sleep in a hammock by the sound of the sea.
At sunset, unroll your mat once again in the open air yoga studio and watch the sun dip behind the horizon as we delve into our yoga practice once again. A gentle evening practice designed to further unravel and unwind your body and mind.
A high vitality gourmet dinner awaits each evening along with laughter, community and friendships that will last a lifetime.
At the end of the day retreat to your room for a good night's sleep. Each room and cottage is uniquely designed and appointed with on-of-a-kind Jamaican and Caribbean art. Awaken recalibrated and reset so you can explore yet another day of your glorious retreat!

Hi! I'm Colleen. Throughout your retreat experience my aim is to infuse a whole new level of depth in your yoga practice. I'll create a supportive environment offering a genuine and caring approach, cultivating a safe and sacred space for inward reflection.
Whether I'm guiding you through a creative Vinyasa flow filled with fluid movement or a gentle style such as Slow Flow, Yin or Restorative, I will instill a deep sense of calm, while inspiring compassion, self-acceptance, and empowerment in your yoga practice that you can carry with you off your mat and integrate into your life. My promise is a transformative experience that facilitates growth, self discovery that promotes a greater sense of connection with self and others.
To date, I've lived in 4 countries and I've planned and lead retreats in Costa Rica, Belize, Jamaica, Canada, and the USA. Every aspect of my retreats are planned by yours truly so you can trust you're receiving the ultimate experience in some of the most beautiful places in the world.
